DELIVERY
Delivery Time
We are sending out your purchase within 24 hours after the ordering process is completed. The delivery time may differ according to your country, city or district. Orders take approximately 1-4 days for domestic shipment and 7-10 day for internationally shipment to arrive. Orders on weekends or public holidays will be delivered to cargo within first working day.
If you are not present at the address, the company will leave a note for you to pick up your package at the nearest branch. If you don't pick up your package within 3 work days, the shipping company will send it back to Radia Shaker.
Shipping Fee
If your shopping amount is 150 TL or more, shipments fee is free. If your shopping amount is less than 150 TL, shipments fee is 6.90 TL.
Shipping fees of the products to be sent abroad vary according to the country, the weight of the product and the size of the packages.
Cargo Tracking
In radiashaker.com you can find the cargo tracking number of your order from the "My Orders" menu. With the shipping tracking number, you can track the status of your package.
Damaged Cargo
Your orders are delivered to the cargo company after being prepared carefully in our center. If your package is delivered by the shipping company in a wet, crushed or pulsed manner, you have fill ‘’Damage Detection Record’’ form with cargo agent.
In case of any damage that you notice after receiving your cargo, please inform your cargo branch and request that they prepare a damage assessment report.
